•  Locate replacements for all Electronic components, Passive and Active parts. 

      Alliantech is exposed to many suppliers that have none representatives.

      Re-negotiate with all suppliers, due to the fact you have alternative parts.

      Reduce cost of components due to Alliantech expose to many vendors, legitimate            

      franchised sources all over the world, with 5 purchasing offices: Hong Kong, Taiwan,

      Israel, Japan & Singapore. 

      Alliantech is also can produce customized small adaptors from case A, to case B (Example       Adaptor converting SOIC case to TSSOP Case part).   

                    Estimated cost saving:10-15% of BOM cost.

•  Redesign of the PCB board:  Some of the components were designed with old cases, and cannot be replace abled pin to pin.  The best way is to redesign the PCB board and use alternative components, cheaper.   The redesign also including some modification that will   able to assemble the board more easily, in this is case less money of assembly job.                             Estimated cost saving:   10% of BOM cost. 

 

• Reduce cost assembly:  Alliantech has 2 centers of Assembly / Ems services:  Taiwan,    Hong Kong, that can give you a full solution, and save you the cost assembly.
